Good benefits, good pay, great employees and management

Not much room for promotions.

Pay and Benefits are great. I loved this job because at the end of the day, I left the office happy that I was able to work with schools and kids from lower income and rural areas of Oklahoma and give them an IT Network infrastructure that was on par with any of the private or affluent schools in this state by using the E-Rate program that gave schools up to a 90% discount depending on how many of the children were on free or assisted lunch programs.

Travel was quite extensive cause we have clients all over the state of Oklahoma so putting 300-500 miles a day on your car was not uncommon.
