      Pros

      Opportunity to make a real difference with huge scale in the small business market (hundreds of thousands of customers / users). From an engineering perspective, some of the tech stack is aging but there is momentum to move to a modern stack.

      Cons

      Lots of engineering and product management re-organizations happening all the time. Some people are losing their jobs as a result, which is unsettling.
