Pros
The insurance is great and the culture was, for the most part, very friendly and welcoming to anyone who joined the company. Plus working with non-profits and small businesses can be rewarding. They were also remote, which was great.
Cons
The company has started making business decisions that are not only hostile towards the employee but also to the clients. A company who was all about helping their customers and providing the best support ended up becoming a rather greedy company, that will squeeze every cent they possibly can with their list management policies and not allowing customers to reduce the cost by reducing the list size anymore. Management wasn't helpful and often vanished in chats for remote agents and the staffing gradually became way below what agents could manage resulting in severe burnout and hour-long queues. New Hires often made more money than the tenured agents as well, which wasn't exactly a great motivator. I really hope Constant Contact gets their act together, their competitors
