Pros
Some of the people are nice, pay is alright .
Cons
This company will chew you up and spit you out the minute they get the opportunity. If you’re there for a long time and get raises in your base pay, they look for ways to get you out the door as soon as possible either by making the job not worth it (suddenly requiring only certain reps to commute to their terrible new office, suddenly removing you from their “preferential treatment” list in terms of opportunities, or removing off inbound and other opportunities which are completely arbitrary.) The worst thing about the company is probably the new CRO Michael Geller who’s just not cut out for the corporate world. Oh and by the way, this company has an extreme Zionist and anti-human rights vibe to it. Unless you’re an ardent Zionist you likely will not fit in. Zero room for upward mobility if you’re not part of the club of favourites, particularly for minorities.
