The benefits and time off are incredible. They have gym membership discounts, and 2 company parties each year as well as volunteer opportunities. The work space is in a great location, easy for commuting.
Cons
Poor upper management. Management is top heavy and change takes a while to occur. Not many options to move up, and salaries vary widely depending on what department you work in.
