Pros
Everything in the old reviews about Endurance is no longer relevant, so disregard that. There has been a new leadership team in place for over a year, and a lot of the culture/direction/comp issues have improved. Things are looking up - new management is willing to listen to customers and employees about what is broken and what should be done next. Recent acquisitions are slowly improving the product (with new product leads who actually care about innovating), and the people are still the nicest I've worked with in the Massachusetts tech scene. There are no two-faced people here. Endurance killed all sense of culture, innovation, and drive, but it's coming back now with the new leaders. There's now a lot of room to stand out and get promoted if you have good ideas and are willing to put in the work. Freeloaders who were getting in the way are finally jumping ship so real work can be done.
Cons
-The product still has to get better. It lacks basic functions. Every product has its quirks, but ours appear in places that they shouldn't. -Still some siloing between teams and there isn't always clear direction - individual teams may be collaborating with each other, but it's easy to feel disconnected across the org. -There's still a ton of confusion on how annual raises and performance reviews are supposed to work, but hopefully that will be addressed soon. -There are a lot of teams where the employees don't really do anything (HR...) so that needs to be addressed -Pay is comparatively lower than what you could get at a competitor
