Pros
Benefits are OKAY... really they're about as good as any other call center so nothing worth bragging about. You get your own desk. I guess that's a pro.
Cons
Work culture USED to be awesome. They changed management and now it's terrible. Pay isn't that great considering the cost of living in this area. Tenured agents go unrecognized and new people get paid exactly the same as tenured agents, in some cases MORE. They do not value employees. Everything is micromanaged. If you love working and being directed as if you're cattle then this is a great call center to work at. Call center is in queue CONSTANTLY because of some really crappy decisions management recently made like going on a firing spree and making changes that they thought would go unnoticed by employees (really, they think we're that dumb.)
