Pros
Good coworkers and people. My direct managers were some of the best leadership I experienced with the company. The early days of CTCT also had a lot of opportunities for growth and career development. Fully remote work environment post-COVID was great. Work culture used to be phenomenal, now its non-existent.
Cons
Support is overworked and underpaid. I was having daily panic attacks from the workload and lack of support offered by the upper management to control the queues and ensure customer satisfaction. Customers were consistently upset with our poor product and support performances but upper management seems more than content to just keep working support to burnout than actually investing money into improving their product or working conditions for employees. The company's goals have seriously been corrupted beyond rescue. I'd be surprised if they survived the holidays. Everyone I know from support is trying to leave the company because conditions have only gotten worse. Everyone who has left so far, even if it was without anything else lined up, has yet to regret their decision. If you value your mental health, don't work support for Constant Contact.
