Pros

Constant Contact was never a great place to work at but it used to have upside because the product had a decent reputation (by no means good) but the sales floor used to be considered top notch and held weight in the Boston area to get a good job...read below

That is no longer the case for Constant Contact. They've been destroyed in every sense within the market. Product fit. Pricing. Vertical. ETC...Constant Contact is considered an archaic and decrepit product. Along the lines of AOL. If you are looking to work here in a sales capacity, go be a BDR somewhere else, you'll probably make more money and your skills will be more transferrable. Most people who work here end up going back the BDR route at crappy company's and there's very little career mobility. The people that stay there long-term on the sales team typically stay because they have no prospecting skills, consultative selling skills, or even ability to demo. All cornerstones of selling. A few people got out but there's really been no talent since 2019/2020.
