*Work with amazing people *Grow professionally as the company grows/evolves *Regularly learn new programs/software in addition to the Constant Contact digital marketing platform *Work with a diverse global customer base and learn about profit and nonprofit businesses/organizations one never imagined existed *Engaging culture (if one only had enough time to participate in all that's available!)
Cons
*Tremendous changes over the past 6+ years due to the company being sold/acquired multiple times have been ultra-demanding and, at times, confusing *New leadership teams bring new direction with so many changes to the platform and company direction that a sense of stability can be jeopardized/falter for staff and customers *Due to complexity or language barriers, outsourcing certain jobs has impacted quality at times
