Pros
Best part of Constant Contact was the comradery between the rest of the sales floor - made lifetime friends here.
Cons
Constant Contact was a great place a few years back, but has slowly but surely gotten worse as time has gone on. What was once promised "fully remote" turned into - "if you live X amount of hours from an office you are REQUIRED to come in" It went from a company that genuinely wanted to help their customer base out, to how can we force these people to pay us and hope they stay? They care more about how many people you are dialing and how many times they are dialed a day than keeping customers here for the long haul. Goals continue to skyrocket as lead flow continues to dip. Constant Contact went from a helping out their customer base understand the product and how to market their business to a call center where it is high pressure, very micro manage-y and they only care to get the card information. The turnover from brand new employees to seasoned vets within the last 6 months alone should show you to stay far, far away.
