Pros
The company is focused on making sure employees are happy and engaged. They are very creative and responsive to employees needs and requests. The people who work there make it a great place to work. People in general don't take themselves too seriously..the one's who do stick out. CTCT has a great mission and most employees feel very strongly about it and support it. There are a lot of fun things to do at work (pro) like skee ball, foos ball, video games etc., but some leaders judge you (and not Gail!) if it looks like you are having too much fun (con)
Cons
CTCT was better run when it was smaller. Too many cooks in the kitchen leave it very difficult for decisions to be made. There are some silos across the company and as far as pay, Marketing, Sales, and other departments make a lot more money than Customer Operations employees although they work the hardest. There are too many managers and directors at CTCT, some who should not have that title. It's difficult to figure out "who has the say" and there are often unnecessary turf wars. It's a big company now that thinks its still small so "growing pains" is the phrase that's commonly overused as an excuse for shortcomings.
