Pros
The people are truly passionate about the mission - helping small businesses succeed. And most people live by the "work hard, play hard" motto which makes for a great environment. For the most part, work-life balance is good and the work is interesting.
Cons
For a company that touts its work-life balance and culture, its weird that the company does not offer very much in terms of paid holidays. There are very few paid holidays at the company which makes balancing work and school schedules difficult for working parents. Parental leave doesn't seem to be too competitive either.
