Pros
- In two years, we have spun out and solidified our own culture, our own business, and stabilized. - The culture is truly solid. The CEO and exec team live our values. - Our business is growing. The leaders and employees being hired are the right people to keep it growing. - The benefits are extremely competitive. The offering is outstanding, and the employee costs are outstanding. They were 33% less than my wife's offering which is something to be proud of.
Cons
- Given the hybrid / remote nature, there isn't as much visibility with senior leaders to build the rapport between employees and execs. This isn't a con, but a realistic challenge that everyone (employees and execs alike) need to be mindful of. - Honestly, there isn't much else.
