Pros
There are many friendly people here. If you like computers and if you were ever into making myspace pages or any of those types of things where you create and design pages you would love this job. Or if you just like playing on computers you would also love this job. If you have worked in a position of customer service in the past even if it was with retail or food, you will have that extra "umph" working with customers because you have dealt with them face to face. So working with them on the phone is a piece of cake. They do things to show you that you are appreciated. They get food for everyone occasionally. The company parties are great. And beer (sometimes even wine and champagne) on fridays. People are really down to earth and super cool. To be honest, I've never been more proud of my job.
Cons
if you are hired through a temp agency you may feel like your not sure where you stand. You dont really get warnings if your job is on the line. Nobody says that if you dont change this right now you wont have a job tomorrow. You get feedback on ways to improve but feedback and a warning are two different things. They are super friendly so you have to really look beyond that. Although you are hired through a temp agency both parties seem to imply that you are here for the long haul, but your job is not guarenteed. If you are a temp reading this, please work hard and dont let the glitz and glamour blind you from the fact that you are not in the door yet. And the beer is nice, but skip the beer if your struggling with your job. Dont let the beer make you so comfortable that you slack on work.
