      Free sodas and juice, beer cart Fridays, and a pretty relaxed atmosphere. If you like to work hard and play hard, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's stressful. Especially around the holidays. There are certain people in management you feel like you have to tip toe around.

HR recently rolled out monthly check-ins to nix annual performance reviews, allowing employees to give/receive valuable feedback more frequently.
