Pros
This place still has a nice startup feel to it, and the company has some spending money for tiny perks like free drinks. They offer competitive wages. For someone working in HR, Tech Support, or administration, I think this place is a decent place to work.
Cons
I was warned that this company has a bad reputation for its Technical abilities before I started working there, and after being there for 4 months I think the reputation is well earned. It appears that they started out with some pretty poor engineering, and that culture still permeates the place. They have extreme difficulties doing technical tasks that most companies can accomplish easily. Worst of all, it seems that there are a lot of mediocre engineers that seem to be covering for their lack of abilities. Also, there seem to be a lot of folks trying to preserve their positions doing jobs that could be easily automated or relegated to development team administration or maintenance.
