Great people, dynamic ideas, excellent benefits, beer cart Fridays! The company core values are reflected in the culture and they talk a lot about how every person matters and that what we do for and with small businesses matters.
Cons
Great ideas that take an eternity to implement, making them outdated by the time they are able to effect change. There are few opportunities to move up in this company and no clear plan for people who aren't interested in managing people.
