Pros

Great company with great benefits. Casual workplace, with an overall mellow vibe. My coworkers are very laid back, but also hard working. You can tell that the company walks some of the the talk when it says they "value their people." They frequently have office parties, free food, etc. for the employees, and it can be a very festive mood. You are guaranteed your hours, and work a regular schedule, so work life balance is great.

Cons

It's hard to make a living wage where you aren't doing anything more than paying your bills. The pay is fairly standard for a call center environment, but moving up is very competitive, and salaries aren't keeping up with living costs in our area (northern Colorado). Standard call center, where metrics are king. Turnover is fairly regular, and they are always trying something new, so standardized processes are constantly being changed. If you like change, then you'll do just fine. Sadly, being a call center also means that as an employee, you are replaceable. Product your support is buggy, causing customer frustration.
