Pros

- Working remotely: Being able to work remotely has been such a blessing! I love being able to work from the comfort of my home while still making a meaningful impact. - Work/Life Balance: Being able to work remotely has really changed my work/life balance. It's like having the best of both worlds. I can tackle my tasks at work and still have energy for family time, hobbies, relaxing... etc. - Opportunity for advancement: Various opportunities to grow and learn new skills. Management is very supportive and will help guide you to reach your goals. Great environment for personal and professional development! - Atmosphere: Is super laid-back yet incredibly engaging. The support from teammates, manager and other departments is unmatched. Truly working together to keep everything running smoothly. It's such a fantastic atmosphere and I genuinely love being apart of the company. - Pay/Benefits: The pay and benefits are good. They are absolutely fair and like I mentioned before, there are so many chances to grow and learn with this company.

Cons

One downside for me is that I'm not located near a physical office to meet other team members in person. However, it is definitely made up for - We actually get to interact with each other often online... It's been great staying connected this way.

Very good sales training, sales floor managers motivated and provided solid support.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals, out of touch upper management, pay was middling for stress
