Pros
Great team culture, reimbursement of parking and free lunch/ coffee daily in office. Fun team to work on and events in the city free to join. Recognition when you do well. Good benefits, sign on bonus and nice office
Cons
- The leads are awful, no consistent in monthly commissions. - very monotonous, lack of work on day to day - very high outbound calls using salesforce - lots of change in commission, promotion timeline and what each promotion looks like - lack of long term growth despite what they say - one call close sales process. - very tacky sales process and lack of real business to work with ex. Only fans models, people with no $ etc. - ask for credit card/ bank info to make a sale from each phone call.
