- While there are a lot of remote/hybrid positions, be prepared to feel chained to your desk - While they tend to hire good people overall, they do not hold toxic or ineffective leaders accountable; instead, they scapegoat entry to mid-level employees - Hyper-corporate structure facilitates a false positive work environment that fails to accurately acknowledge issues/failures, leading to sugarcoating, lack of transparency, and inability to pivot - Rampant with roadblocks and red tape that led to inner processes/SOPs that are inefficient rigmaroles
