Descent pay for what we do on a daily basis. Good people to work with on the union level.
Cons
The companies core value policy of taking care of its people first is a SHAME! Upper management "New York" is oblivious to what is going on at its facilities in California. No path for advancement in the company. Current policy is to NOT hire relatives of current employees what kind of company does that?
