Pros

The people truly are the number one priority, and it shows. Everyone is helpful, supportive and it creates an awesome culture. Perks are great! Free product from time to time, industry discounts and formal training opportunities to learn more about the products we create. Senior Leadership spends a LOT of time discussing succession planning and supporting the employees.

Cons

Not really a "con" unless you aren't able to be flexible. The company is always changing, so if you want to come in, punch a clock, and do the same thing day in and day out until you retire, it isn't the right place for you. Opportunities will come your way, and you have to be ready to take on new challenges, grow and learn.

Pros

Once a good portfolio with good benefits

Cons

Very poor management/leadership. Majority of people in managerial positions are either clueless, don't care, or are too busy brown nosing to Senior Leadership. Egotistical yuppies with no talent and no leadership qualities. No path forward for career advancement. Wine and Spirts is a complete joke and the beer portion of the business has taken a huge hit (see the old CEO blaming immigration enforcement on slumping beer sales this year and last year). This is the same Board of Directors that bought Ballast Point for a few billion dollars and sold it within a few years for pennies on the dollar. This all points to the mismanagement and irresponsibility of the company on the whole.
