Pros

The company was a whole has good values - they try to be socially responsible, provide an employee wellness program, you start with 3 weeks of PTO (which covers both sick and vacation time). Insurance is good.

Cons

Winemakers are drunk in meetings and will fall asleep, if they stay awake for the meeting then they can get belligerent for no apparent reason and then will demand that someone explain the meeting items to them again after the meeting. They allow people to be cruel to subordinates. At times you will think that you can't do anything right.

Pros

Once a good portfolio with good benefits

Cons

Very poor management/leadership. Majority of people in managerial positions are either clueless, don't care, or are too busy brown nosing to Senior Leadership. Egotistical yuppies with no talent and no leadership qualities. No path forward for career advancement. Wine and Spirts is a complete joke and the beer portion of the business has taken a huge hit (see the old CEO blaming immigration enforcement on slumping beer sales this year and last year). This is the same Board of Directors that bought Ballast Point for a few billion dollars and sold it within a few years for pennies on the dollar. This all points to the mismanagement and irresponsibility of the company on the whole.
