Pros
Constellation has very good benefits, a huge focus on volunteerism, new state of the art building in Baltimore, great opportunities for career moves in the nationwide Exelon organization, and supportive management.
Cons
Constellation can feel neglected at times as subsidiary of Exelon as they focus support on their regulated utilities. Mobility in the Exelon umbrella is easy and encouraged but salaries can stagnate with internal moves.
