Good overall but with flaws - HVAC Technician Constellation Energy Employee Review

HEAVY workload when weather turns hot or cold, mandatory 6 day week when busy, service plan covers most repairs so you might get stuck fixing something that really should have been replaced already. Also some techs either can't or won't fix things well so a good tech gets stuck with it over and over while nothing happens to the bad techs except they get a nice raise for their great stats. Can be a challenge, but all companies have challenges.
