-Lots of talk about DEI but never any execution or evidence. Just talk. -Poor / ineffective low level management that lack people skills, emotional intelligence and have little to no knowledge of the work. -Poor work/life balance -Employees not valued. They say "Bring your authentic self to work" But that is not really the case. There is no attempt to embrace the uniqueness or diversity in employees. Everyone must show up the same otherwise you are not valued. -Ineffective HR leadership that condone bad management and never advocate for employees. HR forces managers to manage with an authoritarian leadership style. Those managers who lack natural leadership abilities embrace this style of management at the expense of the employee. -Very poor processes and procedures which make simple tasks a major project
