      easy work mostly can get along with everyone not a hard job in the plant some jobs can get you alot of down time

      management hours shift work hot during the summer freezing during the winter

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
