I went back to school and get a MS in clinical nutrition. I would like to continue to work for the company cause I care for disabled people. I contact the HR for another opportunity they say there is none. So, there is no room to grow. Nobody with a MS degree would continue to work in a low level position. No company should let a good employee gone because of lack of opportunity to move forward with his or her career.
