Enjoyed was going to be able to work from home, during covid, forced to be at work 3d a week but on same schedule whether home or in office, that didn't work for a kid and 30m commute. Also only allowed to change schedule if open times which is between dif leads and entire XPL location home call centers. Things didn't change w/ new ownership, just leads couldn't allow adjustments and family arrangements couldn't be met or even an attempt to. Also although security my car was stolen and was given 800# for cops to request follow up,..... 1year later and multiple attempts but officer, he was ticked they wouldn't help. Car was stolen, couldn't pay $30 at min to get to work and and couldn't work from home. Soooo, Car recovered could have prosecuted w/ evidence of original theft and. Happy I found a great new job w/in 1month and true family even w/ corporate has been achieved my full employee status is almost at 1year w/ company and have been with apx 1yr 4months. Consumer Cell taught me fake opportunities. I found the real one and btw $3 more an hour prior to becoming full employee status. Oh and to add I have real friends now not just pretend fake friends, that are only polite because SUP or trainers.
