There are really no pros to this job. There was some down time but that is pretty much it. I enjoyed worked with my clients.

Cons

Where to begin? Management is horrible. Going in there is already favoritism with Co workers and other management. Management would gossip about staff and write Facebook msgs talking about employees. Not professional at all. Pay sucks, long hrs. The house is terrible and had mold everywhere and the clients were always sick. I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER

Clients were amazing. Loved working with them.

Cons

Management was horrible. They took advantage of the salaries position expecting a person to work nearly 60 hours a week and most of that completing tasks outside the job description.
