Employees are top-notch: very smart, creative, kind, adaptable, and always learning -- a real pleasure to work with. Work hours and space are very flexible: through parenting, natural disasters, and pandemics, the company is flexible, willing, and able to work with just about any living situation.

Chronically understaffed: with such high standards for staff, the interview process tends to be long and few applicants make it through, as "fit", personal drive, current skillset, and teachability are all highly prized. When we lose a team member, the role tends to remain unfilled for an excessive amount of time.
