Fast pace, good benefits, good start wages

Cons

Its Just the Co-op Way! Too lack in structure and no balance with employees. I'm not sure if this company wants to make money??? They terminate the employee's who work hard and keep the ones who don't or even have stolen from them. Unstable office personnel, needs anger management or more repect for other genders.
