Pros

Fast pace, good benefits, good start wages

Cons

Its Just the Co-op Way! Too lack in structure and no balance with employees. I'm not sure if this company wants to make money??? They terminate the employee's who work hard and keep the ones who don't or even have stolen from them. Unstable office personnel, needs anger management or more repect for other genders.

There honestly aren't any pros other than being able to say you're employed.

Toxic management Lack of corporate structure Ever changing policies Poor communication Low pto accrual rate No employee recognition No room for growth No job security
