Good first job out of college Competitive benefits Environment focused on continuous improvement
Cons
Politics and favoritism - those who have family at the company are more likely to get promoted than those who don't. Those at the company can attest to this when they take a look at who is in leadership positions. Mid-level management not fit for roles - your experience at the company is very dependent on your chain of command. The company has many mid-level managers who lack the skills needed to ethically lead a team. Unfortunately senior management is blind to this fact because they are too far removed. Poor salary raise structure - you'll make more money if you leave to another company after 1-2 years instead of getting promoted internally. The raise structure at the company requires you to work your way up the job family. If you apply for a position at a certain pay grade and get it, HR won't offer you the listed salary unless you were already at the pay grade right below it. Most likely they'll make you settle for a small increase to your previous salary.
