Pros

Good Benefits. After your first year of employment, you get 4 weeks vacation plus 9 paid holidays. You can also buy 1 week of vacation. They offer a variety of health/dental plans which all offer good coverage. For a family plan expect to pay $40-80 a week depending on your choice. Casual work environment. Most of the people are friendly.

Cons

They have a bias for engineers. There's a lot of position at the management level that require an engineering degree eventhough these positions would be better suited for a person with a business degree background or many years of experience. They also have a program for college engineering grads who go through a 2 year training process. After the 2 years, they are given a good position as an analyst, engineer or manager. If you get one of these people as a manager you will be stuck training this individual which just builds up resentment towards this program especially if you we passed over for this position. The reward for your hard work is usually more work. They also offer yearly 'merit increases' but typically merit has nothing to do with it. Usually, everyone gets the same raise regardless of your work ethic. There are 6 layers of managers in my department and everything is micromanaged from the top down. There's also a lot of cronyism within the company. It's not what you know but who you know.
