In less than 3 years, the CEO has taken this company from an ideal employer to one that should be avoided. Executive leadership claims to care about employee empowerment and wellbeing, but their actions do not match their words. Promises were made that employees took on good faith, making life decisions, that are now being reverted. There are currently hard line policies being implemented designed to cause a mass exodus. When it comes down to employee wellbeing or shareholder profit (which translates into heavy executive bonuses), the shareholder profit will win every time.
