Pros
Pay, 401K match, healthy benefits, vacation time. Some of my coworkers.
Cons
Literally, everything else. 27 VPs, countless executive directors, directors, executive managers, managers. The company WAY TOO TOP HEAVY. Union people can steal from the company and not get fired. No accountability past the "front line" worker. This is just not sustainable for much longer. Implemented "career reward and framework" which was really a program HR put in place to decrease all non-union employees pay and raises. Future hires are capped at lower salaries than current employees. Management hides things or lies to cover up the truth. Management has gone full hard left and embraced everything on the extreme left of the political spectrum. Money is wasted left, right & sideways ( to the tune of $1Ms of $) yet they push everyone to look for "waste elimination". So people invent things to look good on paper. Micromanagement is the rule here. DEI training is mandatory and emphasized in hiring (if you're not tje right color ... ) despite federal mandates prohibiting the company from doing this.
