      Pros

      Generally, we were a tight knit group;There are two separate Production Departments, Print Plate Div.and Rotary & Flat Die Div. There is reasonable cooperation within all depts., it's not perfect, but I enjoyed most all the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Trouble keeping a consistent work schedule, generally it can be partailly blamed on the economy, but they also need to step up more sales. Made it very difficult to keep inventory balanced on a consistent basis.

      Weekly pay for those who like it.

      Cons

      Where can I begin; CFO has no personality and does not know how to speak to others, she won't even speak to you in passing. She's very condensending and has everyone shook or scared. Giving compliments is like handing out awards at a company that doesn’t even know what recognition means—thrilling!!! And don't work over 6 minutes or you will be told to keep the overtime down to a minimum. If you come in as a temp, you will be a temp for 6 months and even after your 6 months, you still have 90 more days to prove yourself. Wow, a whole 9 months for them to decide you're worthy. Who's sticking around for that?
