Pros

None that I can think of currently.

Cons

Rude management, micromanagement, cold and aloof HR, company mgrs lie through teeth and make promises that will never happen eg; salaries, hiring help or time off. You will will wear many different hats and work for minimal compensation. ***Very poisonous, stressful, with unrealistic loads of work. Be warned. You will work like a slave and come home depressed. Look into healthier employment environments, ELSEWHERE! This is a revolving door company, meaning - many employees get hired, fired, and quit. **** Sales staff has unrealistic goals and terrible pay. Everyone plays the blame game here, hence why so many customers are going to competitors. Production staff has no training, therefore many tools are mfg-ed with poor quality. Mgt covers this up all the time. Instead of training them, they scream and yell at their employees publicly, humiliating them. So sad. Countless times, I've seen elderly men looking depressed and staring into space or the office girl crying in the car. Only apply if you have exhausted every other company, really.

Pros

Weekly pay for those who like it.

Cons

Where can I begin; CFO has no personality and does not know how to speak to others, she won't even speak to you in passing. She's very condensending and has everyone shook or scared. Giving compliments is like handing out awards at a company that doesn’t even know what recognition means—thrilling!!! And don't work over 6 minutes or you will be told to keep the overtime down to a minimum. If you come in as a temp, you will be a temp for 6 months and even after your 6 months, you still have 90 more days to prove yourself. Wow, a whole 9 months for them to decide you're worthy. Who's sticking around for that?
