Good People but Poorly Managed - Content Writer Content Allies Employee Review

Very poorly managed and run like a friendly zoo. There is extremely poor communication. No feedback is given at all to people. They post internal jobs, you apply for them and go through the whole process and then you hear nothing back. The leadership seems to suffer from amnesia, not knowing who or where their people are. The chat group channels are like a revolving door as they constantly hire new people to replace the ones who have left or who they have let go because they weren't performing, yet were never given any feedback that they weren't performing.
