Very toxic environment. They terminate people without cause all the time. No loyalty to the employees. They label people "high potential" and only those people get opportunities or good projects. Usually waste time on wrong employees. Very long work hours. You're expected to work a 9 hour day, exclusive of lunch, but are only compensated for a 40 hour week. No work-life balance. Interview process excessive and too lengthy.
