Pros
Treats employees well, challenging work, managers are fair, compensated well, almost never work more than 40 hours per week, tons of holidays/vacation time. I've never heard current/former employees complain about Conti. Many people that leave actually come back.
Cons
The building is kind of dreary and monotonous looking, also the cafeteria food isn't very good. Sometimes HR can be slow
