- Amazing support from leaders - All executives are incredibly kind - Most are super supportive of interns learning and growing - Love that hybrid schedule extends to interns

Cons

- Fort Mill is far from Charlotte - Some teams are looking for an intern who can work full time - No PTO for interns

Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
