Pros
Flexible, good learning, not the best wages but it's ok. Work load while not balanced it's not that bad.
Cons
Let's be honest, if you are here are for the following reasons: -You are recent graduate. -You are not able of getting a better job, you don't have skills or you are bad engineer. You know dudes, many people there shouldn't be there, you may end surrounded of very bad engineers at many levels. Thus it's a great place to start, it's not a place to make a career. LEARN move to other company. Low wages, comparable with the ones in manufacturing sector, same as perks.
