Large company with good resources. Decent commitment to investing in infrastructure and improvements. Willing to invest in training for key personnel.
Cons
There is a lot of bureaucratic red tape to get through for even the most minor change, such as signage, labels or email signatures. One has to be careful when disseminating information to ensure that it matches the party line. The smallest deviation will be noticed and could result in a reprimand.
