Pros
Benefits are good the people on the floor are pretty good you get yearly bonusesand no top out so you get a yearly raise
Cons
Lots of mandatory "OVERTIME" Most of management runs around with there head cut off love to give you the runaround Schedule is DuPont at the plant I worked at but you also flip for nights today your body gets tired fast Went from bi-weekly to weekly pay and the pay checks are not equal you would get 400 and some change one week and 600 and some change the next
