      - 4 Core Values (esp Freedom to Act and Trust) are instilled in the culture from top to bottom - Competitive in the Silicon Valley -Manager has trust in the work that I do -Great work life balance -On boarding process was simple and efficient -Everyone I work with is very friendly and will go out of their way to help me

      - Large corporation, so you do notice certain rules and regulations you must follow - Sometimes I feel that I am a small fish in a large pond

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
