Pros
Decent health benefits and compensation. Management is upfront with it's people in difficult times and I respect that. Flexibility in start time and time off policies are excellent.
Cons
Cooperation between groups or business fields is sometimes somewhat limited.Better communication between groups could be established and invite a true team atmosphere. The merging of 3 companies ( Conti, SVDO, and Motorola ) has been a long drawn out process.
